MISSION — Well-known country band Little Texas is bringing their Big Time 30th Anniversary Tour to Wildhorse Resort & Casino on Saturday, March 18 in the Rivers Event Center.

Doors open at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 8 p.m.

Tickets, which range in price from $34 to $49, are on sale now at wildhorseresort.com and in the gift shop at Wildhorse Resort & Casino. Club Wild members may receive a 20% discount when they enter their Club Wild number at time of purchase.

Little Texas made their way onto the country scene 30 years ago. They released their first album and all the songs were written, recorded and performed exclusively by the band’s members.

Today, Little Texas has eight albums, 12 Top 20 singles (three ranked number one), three Grammy nominations, and awards for ACM Vocal Group of the Year and CMA Album of the Year for the band’s role in “Common Thread: The Songs of The Eagles.”

The band’s hits include “God Blessed Texas,” “Kick a Little,” “Country Crazy,” “Some Guys Have All the Love” and “Life Goes On.”

Recently, “God Blessed Texas” was rerecorded by Jonas Brothers frontman Joe Jonas for the HBO Max series “The Righteous Gemstones.”

“It’s amazing that the run we had was 30 years ago, and here we are, still out there touring and having a blast, if not the most fun we’ve ever had,” said Porter Howell, lead guitar and lead vocalist. “We are very grateful to still be playing these songs for fans and to look out and see people who could not have possibly been alive back then singing every word is so gratifying.”

Wildhorse Resort is located east of Pendleton, just off I-84 at exit 216.
